The first remedy is apple cider vinegar. This is the most well known remedy and it really is the most effective. This is a very fast cure that costs very little. All you need to do is take one teaspoon full.

Chamomile is a herb that is known to help cure acid reflux. Probably one of the best ways to get this herb is to drink it as a tea. With a little bit of looking you should be able to find some of this herb around in a health store.

This really isn't a remedy, but has helped a number of people that I know. It is very important that you remove stress from your life the best that you can. You may even have to take some lessons in time management.
